Availability: Cowhide is one of the most widely consumed meats in the world, which translates into greater availability of beef leather compared to goat leather.

Processing efficiency: Due to their larger size and more substantial structure, cowhides can be easier to work with during the tanning and processing stages, resulting in more efficient production processes and potentially lower production costs.
